Little Lake Music Fest - July 27th 2011 - J.P.Cormier After 10 years of live appearances and nights at the Grand Ole Opry in the U.S. he returned to Canada and has since released several award winning recordings. J.P. is a Singer, Songwriter, recording artist with an array of awards that include 12 East Coast Music Awards. Canadian Folk Music Awards, Music Nova Scotia Awards, and Juno nomination.
Concerts Begin @ 8:00pm Del Crary Park, located on the shores of Little Lake in downtown Peterbourough, is home to a Summer Long Musicfest with concerts on Wednesdays and Saturdays from the end of June to the end of August. |

Hi Kathy - While I have never seen J.P. at the Grand Ole Opry, I did see Minnie Pearl there. I think it was her 50th anniversary at the Opry and she received the biggest bouquet of flowers (roses?) I have ever seen.
This looks like so much fun, I wish it was happening down here in the Sunshine State!
